Paul’s story
I’ve spent most of my life becoming something else.
My path has moved through entrepreneurship, Wall Street, the music business, ministry, nonprofit leadership, technology, AI, healthcare and more than a few seasons of starting over.
For years, I thought the lack of a straight line meant I had not figured life out. Eventually I realized the detours were the education.
There was never one perfect path. That’s exactly the point.
Professional experience
Experience across business, technology, and healthcare.
Paul’s career has moved through entrepreneurship, finance, nonprofit leadership, technology, artificial intelligence and healthcare. Today, through his work with Gemini Analytics, he works with senior living organizations using risk intelligence to identify patterns connected to penalties, fines, litigation and operational exposure.
Current role: National Sales Executive, Gemini Analytics
This work continues to shape Paul’s perspective on leadership, technology, resilience, decision making and the realities of leading in high pressure environments.
